Join Gator Humans versus Zombies on September 27 for the Escape from Zombie Island campus-wide day game. Will you uncover the secrets of the lost facility and save humanity, or fall to the hands of the island horde? Grab a blaster and find out.

Humans versus Zombies is a game of survival Nerf-Tag where you try and survive a whole weekend on campus battling zombies with a Nerf blaster, or you join the horde yourself and try to tag the hapless humans to convert them into zombies. It is completely free and open to anyone to play! Loaner blasters will be provided to players who do not have their own.

Meeting room location is Turlington L011.

Attending the rules meeting is required to play. If you cannot make the rules meeting, please contact the moderator team as soon as possible.

If you have a custom or “Pro”/”Performance” blaster that needs to be checked for approval, please arrive at least 15 minutes before the rules meeting starts to have it chronographed. For full blaster modification rules, please visit the Modifications page of this website.

ROUGH MISSION SCHEDULE:

• Rules meeting – 11am
• Mission 1 – 12pm (Loaners Only)
  • Players may opt to use personal blasters with moderator approval, given it is a stock springer that shoots <90FPS and can hold at most 12 darts before a reload action.
• Mission 2 – 2:30pm (Non-electric blasters only)
• Mission 3 – 6pm (No blaster restrictions)
• Mission 4 – 8:30pm (No blaster restrictions)
